I’ve never had a Massage before. I am nervous. How can i prepare?

Your Massage Therapist is professionally trained and fully qualified to carry out your treatment. Welton Massage is confident in providing 5 star Massage excellence to provide you with a truly comfortable experience.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a warm welcome, offered a hot or cold drink and a thorough Consultation prior to your treatment. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

To prepare for your treatment, you should arrive promptly and in good general health.

You can prepare by showering before the treatment and maintaining good personal hygiene. To get the best out of the Massage treatment, try to avoid stressful situations before and after.

Your Massage Therapist will provide you with the full duration of your treatment, so being prepared ensures you get the most out of your relaxing treatment.

What is your Booking & Cancellation Policy?

Bookings can be made on the FRESHA App, by direct message on Instagram and Facebook or by sending a Message on WhatsApp on 07822032482.

All appointments require a 50% Booking Fee to secure your appointment. This booking fee is non-refundable.

Should you need to cancel your appointment please aim to give at least 48 hours notice. Should you fail to give a minimum of 48 hours notice, the outstanding balance will become due.

Fresha will automatically attempt to take the remaining balance from your stored payment method or original method of payment.

To reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.

Welton Massage is more than happy to reschedule your appointment for a more suitable date and time where a minimum of 24 hours notice is given.

If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, your remaining balance will become due.

This policy is in place to avoid clients losing out on their booking fee, and so the Therapist does not lose out on business.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available on site. You are welcome to leave your car in the parking area for the duration of your treatment. There is CCTV in the car park for additional security, however Skinqure Skin Clinic and Welton Massage do not accept responsibility for your vehicle, or any personal belongings left in your car. Please be responsible, be removing any valuables when parking.

I have booked a full body massage. Will i need to remove my underwear?

A full body massage includes the following areas of the body only:

Neck, decollete, arms, hands, legs and feet. As part of our therapist safety measures and hygiene protocols you will need to keep your underwear on at all times except for bras which we recommend are removed for massage.

Face, hair, feet and abdomen are completely optional on the day. Your Therapist will offer you a thorough Consultation before carrying out your treatment to ensure you understand what is to be expected.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes. Gift Vouchers can be purchased on the FRESHA app, as an e-voucher. Alternatively, you can purchase a physical Gift Voucher that comes with an envelope, by asking us at your appointment.

Do you offer other Treatments aside from Massage?

Welton Massage offers professional, and fully insured Beauty treatments including Facials, Lash lift and tints, Gel Polish, BIAB and Signature Manicure & Pedicure treatments.

All treatments include the appropriate Aftercare advice in order for you to feel the benefits of your treatment at home and in between future appointments.
